Michael Napolitano

Michael ascribes much of his journey as a rental agent in Bensonhurst sixteen years ago to one of the most influential figures in Brooklyn’s real estate market to his mentor, Dan Gallogy, at Basile Realty. Through the years of mentorship and listening to cassette tapes by Floyd Wickman and Tom Hopkins, Michael honed his craft before joining the iconic RE/MAX brand in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. During his tenure, he quickly rose to prominence within the brokerage firm and developed both personally and professionally as an individual agent.

Expanding his operation into a team model under RE/MAX, Michael hired Josephine Sabatino as his assistant in 2013 (now the team’s Director of Sales). Three years on, the Napolitano Team has attracted some of the top sales agents in the city, contributing to the team’s #1 ranking in both Brooklyn and Staten Island over the last three years and #30 in the nation at RE/MAX.

Michael and his real estate team opened their own brokerage Remax Edge in 2017 to maintain and nurture a carefully crafted culture. The transfer comes in preparation for another year of growth as the team upsizes to a 3000 square foot office space in Bath Beach (bestowed as Brooklyn’s 3rd hottest neighborhood of 2017 by Streeteasy), and after tripling its number of agents in 2016.

Michael’s reputation for tenaciously protecting his clients’ interests, negotiation skills and use of cutting edge marketing strategies has earned a nearly 5-star satisfaction rating among all of his clients on all online platforms.

Excited to embrace the new year in the new Bath Beach branch, Michael and his operations team have set their sights on further expansion in New York City as well as in nearby states.
