I truly did not know where to start. I am a Veteran and work for the VA in a building which houses RE/MAX of Cherry Creek where I spoke with the receptionist. I told her, ‘I live in Aurora and I’m not sure you’ll help me because of the neighborhood I live in.’ She replied, ‘Sure we can,’ and introduced me to Randy. Randy heard my story. The first thing he told me was, ‘Thank you for your service,’ and shook my hand. Randy offered to help me sell my home at which time I felt extremely relieved. Within 24 hours Randy and Michael inspected my home and prepared it for the market. On the weekend my home was listed we had approximately 15 showings. My friends couldn’t believe it. Soon we had an offer and in less than 30 days my home was sold successfully and I was able to relocate. When I decide to buy again, I will head directly to Michael and Randy’s office at RE/MAX of Cherry Creek. Through this entire process, we were given professional advice on staging our home, the pricing of our home, and throughout the contract negotiations. Both Michael and Randy are extremely knowledgeable in what they do. On a personal note, they were there for us as people and even friends too. It was an extremely stressful time and they were there each step of the way. They were almost always readily available, and if they weren’t, we had a return call within a few hours.
