Michael Sterman

Upon graduating with an Economics and Accounting degree from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2011, Michael Sterman began his career in investment real estate at the Encino office of Marcus & Millichap. He has been with the firm for 12 years. Michael has been involved in the sale of approximately 206 apartment buildings totaling over $1,240,000,000 dollars.

Michael considers himself an apartment building specialist as this is his primary focus. He is an expert in properties located in Hollywood, West Hollywood, Koreatown, the San Fernando Valley, Mar Vista, Palms, and West Los Angeles.

Michael’s success can be attributed to keeping control over every aspect of his transactions. He is directly involved in each step such as preparing a detailed marketing package, procuring and qualifying buyers, keeping contracts very tight to protect his clients, organizing property inspections, securing financing if needed, and ultimately closing escrow.

Michael is known for his sincere care to help better his clients position and make the transaction as smooth as possible. Many of his clients are repeat clients as they feel Michael puts their interests above his own.
