About Michael

I began my real estate career in 1971 as a real estate appraiser for Imperial Bank in Los Angeles. In the late 70's to the early 90's I owned an independent real estate appraisal company located in Northridge, Ca. In the early 90's I obtained my real estate brokers license and opened Fred Sands Realtors of Valencia. In 2006 we converted that office to Sotheby's International Realty. In 2009 Sotheby's and Coldwell Banker Vista Realty merged. I am an associate broker and general manager of this franchise. It should also be noted for the past several years I have been in the Presidents Circle. This is the top 5% of all the Coldwell Banker agents nationally.

Purchasing a home can be very stressful. But that was not the case for my fiancé and I! Mike is AMAZING! He is a hard working individual who will go the extra miles to make sure you are getting what you need. He is punctual, reliable, experienced, and passionate about his work. Not only that he is a great Real Estate Agent, but a great individual who cares for his clients. We were very comfortable with decisions we were making, because he really understood us! We got everything we want from the property, and it is all because of the support that Mike has given us! We couldn't be happier.
