Michael came and introduced himself and talked me through the process at our first meeting. He had already done an analysis of recent sales in the neighborhood and recommended a price based on this analysis which I thought was fair. He gave me some tips on preparing my home to advertise which I did and then he returned to take pictures. That same day Michael wrote up and published the posting and did a very good job because we had several appointments to show with in minutes of posting and we had an agreement to sell with 24 hours of posting and this was at our targeted selling point. Michael was on time to all appointments and gave adequate notice for all changes. He walked me through all the steps of the process and was very reassuring when I had any questions or doubts. He had a very professional demeanor and appearance but at the same time was also very personable. I originally had Mike as my realtor to sell my house which sold in about 5 months. Mike was very receptive to my situation and needs. He worked very hard to create flyers, pamphlets and other advertisements to aid in selling my house. Mike responded to my question and concerns in a timely manner and was respectful and professional the entire time. Six months later I contacted Mike again to help me buy a house or condo. He immediately introduced me to a financial group to get me pre-approved. The company he referred me to was very professional and enthusiastic to work with me. After searching on-line for houses or condos for sale Mike scheduled time to have me and my daughter view places. We found one that we loved and Mike was immediatley responsive to making the offer to the owners and we got the ball rolling. There were several speed bumps with the financing of the condo and Mike and the financial group worked very hard to resolve the problems at hand. Finally the condo was bought and My daughters and I are very happy.
