Hi, I’m Michael Welsch, a real estate professional with St. Joseph Realty Group serving the Michiana area. Before entering real estate, I owned and operated several of the busiest restaurants in the Granger area—an experience that shaped my business mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Having grown up in Osceola and Granger, and having owned businesses in Granger, South Bend and Mishawaka, I bring deep local knowledge and a strong understanding of market trends across the region. I work with both buyers and sellers, but I’m especially passionate about helping first-time home buyers navigate the process with confidence and clarity. Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make it straightforward, educational, and stress-free from start to finish.
I enjoy helping sellers position their homes to attract the right buyers and take pride in guiding buyers toward homes that truly fit their lifestyle and goals. Touring unique properties and building long-term relationships with clients is one of my favorite parts of the job.
Outside of real estate, I stay active through baseball, hockey, and golf, and enjoy playing guitar in my downtime. My wife Colleen and I are proud to be raising our daughter in the community we love.
