My wife and I highly recommend Michaela Codding! We bought a house in the Treasure Valley while living in another state and she walked us through every step of the way! She checked in with us often during the process and even came to our signing to make sure all was correct in our contract. In addition to how hard she worked for us, she was also helping our daughter and son in law buy their first house. There were many challenges and things that weren’t going the kids way before and during closing and Michaela stepped in and made sure everything got completed on time. We appreciate how she had their back (and ours) from day one to getting the keys! We tell everyone we know about her!

Michaela was AMAZING from the start to the finish line in finding the most beautiful land for us to retire and build our home for our horses and dogs, she was very quick to answer all our questions and patient with our changing minds on different properties. She is very professional and kind, she is always looking out for your best interest making sure the property suits your needs. I recently had the pleasure of working with Michaela Codding when looking for a home in the Boise area. From the beginning, Michaela was extremely receptive and had great ideas for homes to view based on areas I was interested in. All throughout each step of purchasing my home, Michaela was quickly accessible and willing to impart her recommendations and expertise. Since I was relocating from another state, Michaela went above and beyond what I expected. From meeting with the developer to communicating with the home inspector, Michaela made the transition to homeownership smooth. I could not recommend Michaela more highly.
