Michelle is a Colorado native and has always had a passion for the Denver Real Estate market. She enjoyed a long career in technology sales working as a Strategic Account Manager and honed her sales and marketing skills in the corporate world working with fortune 500 companies. While working with large companies, Michelle gained a wide breath of experience negotiating complex contracts, providing excellent follow up, and adding value to the buying experience. Michelle began investing in rentals in 2011 subsequently dedicated herself to being a real estate professional. As a homeowner and managing her own rentals Michelle has had firsthand experience updating, maintaining, and turning houses into a HOME as well as a good investment!
