Michelle was an AMAZING agent to work with! She was super knowledgeable about the entire process and coached us through everything that we needed to do and know. She educated us about all options so that we could make informed decisions. She was never pushy and really focused on what we wanted and made sure that we felt good about decisions being made for our future. She was attentive to our needs and was great at pointing out areas of concern or benefits when looking at each home. She was super patient while my husband and I negotiated what was most important to each of us (our priorities didn’t always align) and helped us find a home that meets all the needs of our family. She was just awesome! Wish I could give her higher than 5 starts because she earned it.

This was our first home purchase , we had initially had started working with American Financing, and were dissatisfied with their untimely responses especially during Colorados tough buyers market. We we're referred by a friend to the Carlton Company and from the minute I spoke April, the owner, I was assured that they would be in the ball and we were contacted immediately by our realtor Michelle McWilliams. From that point on, they were so on the ball, very professional, and informative. As first time homebuyers, we had many questions and they were all answered by Michelle in a timely, efficient manner. Michelle listened to our wants and needs and found us our home after only 4 showings and connect us with a lender! We were able to close in 45 days! We can not thank Michelle, April and their team enough for this wonderful home buying experience!!! We will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend Michelle McWilliams to anybody searching for a hard working, amazing realtor! Thank you Carlton Company!!!

Michelle is an absolutely outstanding real estate agent! I would recommend her in a heart beat!
In our search for a house we had come across quite a few agents. They either did not seem to have the best intentions, or were just not a fit for my husband and I. Finally, we came across Michelle! After our first showing with her; we knew, even if we didn't buy this house, we wanted to keep working with her.
She is friendly, helpful, and on-top of all of her work! As first time home buyers, she answered any and all of our questions. She truly was routing for us, and wanted the best for us. She is the type of agent you want! We could not have asked for a better agent!

She is an excellent listener and collaborator.
