I would describe this team as impressive, efficient, friendly, responsive, and consistently on time. I first contacted Michelle at The Agency in April 2025, explaining that our move from Colorado to California would likely take up to two years. Despite the long timeline, she graciously showed us properties during our April visit, fully understanding that we first needed to sell our Colorado home before making a final decision.

Our plans changed quickly, and we ended up accelerating the timeline. Michelle went above and beyond by showing us homes remotely and, remarkably, the day after we arrived in Los Angeles following the sale of our home, she helped us find the right house. Our offer was accepted, and we closed within just 20 days (within the holoday season).

Throughout the process, Michelle provided exceptional guidance, including advising us to submit a competitive offer. She also connected us with trusted professionals for insurance, a mortgage broker, and all necessary inspections, which made the entire experience seamless. Michelle and her team walked us through every step, patiently navigating unexpected conversations and clearly explaining the differences between buying a home in Colorado versus California.

Michelle! Michelle, Michelle, Michelle! I don't even know how to quite put into words how amazing she truly is. She was absolutely amazing to work with. I seriously trust her with my life, which honestly, buying a new home can be like finding a new life.And boy, did we finda great one. My husband and I are first-time home buyers and started off on a journey a long time ago, looking at different homes, mostly casually, until we found "The One." Michelle walked us through the process, step by step, as well as honestly held our hands through a lot of it, and was there for all of our questions, clarifications, and needs. She showed up for us, many, many times - both as a realtor, and as someone who truly cares about her clients. She is the absolute best of the best and I don't know how we would have gone through this process without her. I also have to add that her assistant Katie is truly amazing, and an absolute joy to work with as well. Between the two of them, we always felt looked after, informed, and like we were making the best decisions for our family. I could seriously go on and on, but I just have to say that if you are looking for an honest, kind, wonderful Realtor who will help you find exactly what you are needing, then Michelle is your girl. I will always be grateful to the care she took with us, and always felt confidant we were in the best hands. Five stars, gold medals all around, and just so grateful to her. She freaking rocks!
