Michi was very friendly and knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. She showed me a number of houses to allow me to find one that suited me. She was able to identify strengths and weaknesses of houses that I missed. She has friends and clients throughout the area, so is a great resource for local information.

Michi has been our absolute hero for almost a year of preparation to sell two properties that belonged to my family for many years. These sales were really high-stakes for our family and she did everything in her power to get us connected with the resources we needed to prep them for sale.

One property was beyond simple fixes; with Michi's help we were able to really prioritize where our available resources were going so we would get the best return on our investments, and market the home to the correct buyer.

Another was my family's main home, and we were able, with Michi's guidance, to really make it shine. We sold it for an excellent price in a very short time.

On the buy side, we had extremely specific needs for our family. When the perfect home became available, Michi dropped everything to get us to a showing. We got the house, but not without many late nights and tough negotiating from Michi. This is our family's dream home, and she made it possible. She understood exactly how important these sales and this purchase was for us; more than just a place to live, this meant an incredible life change, and she treated our transactions with the level of attention we needed.

As a first time home seller I recently contacted Brigitte Furst of 8Z from the east coast where I was living regarding possibly selling my Boulder condo. Brigitte connected me with Michi who provided most of the interactions regarding the selling process. They are experienced, well informed, and know the Boulder market well. They provided honest opinions and wise suggestions. While I remained totally out of state I was connected with all the resources required for selling such as furniture donations, packing of items for shipping, junk removal, handyman for repairs, professional cleaning, and staging. Within two months of my initial contact I had multiple offers above their recommended asking price and closing was complete. I can’t imagine having a better experience and highly recommend!
