When we met Mike, he offered all of his knowledge to us even though we weren't 100% sure we were able to buy a home at that time. He offered to set us up with automatic listings to get a feel for what was out there in our projected price range and size of home we needed. About 9 months later we really buckled down and got to looking for the perfect home. This was our first home so we had no idea what we were doing.
