Although this had been dropped on us at short notice and was a pain in the neck, I was immediately impressed by Mike's courteousness, honesty and general decency. So when my wife and I decided to buy a house of our own we enlisted his help. Mike was extremely helpful as we negotiated the many ups and downs first time home buyers can face; he was honest, generous with his time and offered lots of common sense advice. He was never pushy, and we felt all along that his goal was to get us inside a house we loved and were comfortable with, rather than to push us into a situation that would maximize his commission, or to push us out of the way so he could move on to a bigger deal. Mike is a quality realtor and a good guy and I recommend his services without hesitation.

I realized I was not getting the help I needed with my prospective agent and needed to find a better alternative. After seeing the sign, I called him late on a Saturday evening as he was returning from out of town, and he ended up showing up very early the next morning to see how he could help. He so quickly gave me very clear and matter-of-fact advice of what he thought might need to be done to prepare the house for sale. He always gave his best advice with multiple recommendations for me to choose from when it came to painting, garden, make-ready, staging and cleaning services. Apart from being a great real estate pro, he was a great coach, explaining the background and the whats and whys of what makes a home sale quickly and for the right price He never makes the decision for you, but he provides you with the guidance, background and experience for you to use your best judgment on getting through the process. Do not underestimate the power of his competent network of service providers to be able to move heaven and literally earth when it comes down to preparing the house for sale, and also to then have it presented on-line with expert photography and the right selling lines for your MLS listing. I have already listed too many superlatives, but the fundamental thing you can count on with Mike is his strong character and integrity to do the right thing for YOU. He told me that he learned early in his career that doing the right thing by his clients and focusing on that first leads to great results. He took the time to listen to members of my family and created a sense of comfort all around, and we all knew that we were working with someone who would stand up for our interests first as he made it very clear from the beginning that our interests were his interests. Having done almost everything right with Mike's guidance, the sale happened very quickly and seamlessly, all the way through closing without a hitch, not one. Mike is certainly the best real estate agent I have ever worked with anywhere and I do not hesitate in saying that selecting him is the best decision anyone could make when they need help with a real estate transaction. Well done Mike!

He assisted my Aunt with buying and selling 2 homes, my Grandfather with purchasing a home, my cousins with their home, and now me. I told him what I was looking for and what areas I wanted to raise my daughter in. He was always easy to contact and would look at the homes before showing them to me. I was a single mother at the time and needed a move-in ready home. I could not move into a home that needed repairs. Mike was patient with me and when I found the home I wanted, he was quick to put in my offer. The first time we put in an offer on the home I was in love with, the owner denied the offer. Mike reassured me that we would find a home and we would not stop looking until we found the perfect home for my family. After a few months, the home we originally placed an offer on STILL had no offers and had been on the market for several months. I told Mike I still was interested in that home, so he called their relator to inform them that my offer was still available. The offer was accepted and I moved in shortly after. Mike even arranged for a notary to meet up with me due to my work schedule. He is an amazing realtor and I recommend him to all of my friends and co-workers.
