In 2020 Mike and his team closed over $70,000,000 in apartment transactions that heavily relied on their depth of experience and market knowledge. He has served as a guest lecturer on multi-housing at the UCLA Anderson School of Business, is a member of the South Bay Board of Realtors, is currently on the Board of Managers for the South Bay YMCA, and was past president of Torrance Rotary.
