Mike’s transaction experience includes seller and buyer representation, portfolio sales, 1031 exchanges, repositioning strategies, and private partnerships. Mike has consistently been named top apartment broker in the South Bay. He has served as a guest lecturer on multi-housing at the UCLA Anderson School of Business, is a member of the South Bay Board of Realtors, is currently on the Board of Managers for the South Bay YMCA, and was past president of Torrance Rotary.
