Mike Priolo

Mike Priolo has been in the Commercial Real Estate industry for almost 15 years. During his tenure, Mike has worked as an analyst, mortgage broker, and sales/leasing agent. Over the past 6 years, Mike has solely focused on the lease and sales of commercial real estate assets, during this time Mike has personally be responsible for over $100,000,000 of commercial real estate leasing and sales transactions.

Mike's background and experience give him a well-rounded perspective which assists his clients in creating successful commercial real estate investment strategies. Mike considers himself more of a consultant than an agent. As a consultant, Mike makes it a point to fully understand his client's goals and concerns. Mike feels that having a complete understanding of what it is his clients are trying to accomplish is what sets him apart as an agent. Mike places client relationships as the most important thing in his business. He truly feels that by building his business relationships with clients based on honesty, integrity and transparency is the key to being a successful commercial real estate professional.

In Mike's spare time he enjoys saltwater fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family and new daughter Charli.
