Instantly captivated, he decided this would be the ideal place to dedicate his life to raising a family, building strong business and social relationships, and immersing himself in the community. Over the years, he has become a well-respected figure in the area, known for his commitment to philanthropy and community engagement.

With a real estate career that began in 1990, Mike has developed a comprehensive understanding of the market. He has adeptly represented clients in a variety of transactions, including selling, acquiring, exchanging, and leasing residential properties, as well as navigating multifamily and commercial deals. He established several hospitality businesses in the South Bay, where he was deeply involved in all aspects—from initial concept development and investment structuring to marketing, promotion, bulk sales, and public relations. His experience in the hospitality industry continues to inform his approach to negotiations and representation in commercial property transactions.

Mike is also passionate about philanthropy and has traveled extensively, visiting over 36 countries for both business and pleasure. His travels have often included philanthropic endeavors, such as his work with The Samburu Project in Kenya and his involvement with the MB Sister City Committee, particularly the Mira Costa High School Baja Club in Santa Rosalia, Baja California Sur. These experiences have enriched his perspective and deepened his commitment to giving back to the community.

Today, Mike balances his professional life with being a proud father of twin daughters, Michelina and Liliana. His family is at the heart of everything he does, and he cherishes the time spent with them. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, mountain biking, and practicing yoga, all of which keep him grounded and connected to the vibrant South Bay lifestyle.
