Mike Smith

Michael Smith is a Licensed Associate Broker - at the Geneseo Office. He is a financing expert and "guidance counselor" for first-time buyers. Making real estate simpler for you for over 45 years.

He's an experienced buyers' agent for confidential negotiations and a commercial real estate expert dealing with investment returns and tax-deferred exchanges. Michael is also a residential property specialist with CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), a detailed education available only to experienced and productive agents; only 10% of all agents are eligible to be CRS designees. He has several other designations to help guide you on your real estate journey. Michael is certified as an NYS Real Estate Course Instructor, able to teach any real estate-related course in the state of New York since 1996.
