Our Journey with Missy Sandefur was so wonderful. She made house searching so easy for us, all we had to do is tell her what we were looking for and she did all the work! She really made us feel like family and like we could count on her for anything, from finding the right house to helping you work on your house to get it ready to move in! She really goes above and beyond her duties to help you find your house and making sure everything is safe for you and your family! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Missy! Missy Sandefur always gives 110% and always goes above and beyond in everything that she does. She worked with my husband and myself for almost a year showing us homes until we found the exact perfect home. We are extremely picky and wanted a very specific type of house, neighborhood, floor plan and lot. She even brought in an architect and contractor to one home to help us see if we could make changes that we wanted to make. Once in escrow, she still went above and beyond on the home inspection, pool inspection, negotiating with the seller on all of our sticking points, etc. Even after we closed escrow and we had a problem with the home, she stepped in and spoke with the builder and seller for us.

Once we moved into our new home, Missy helped us to sell our primary home and our rental home and she is so talented that we sold both homes for more than any other home in the neighborhood to date. Missy helped us with finding the right painters, stagers, etc., and she supervised getting the houses in tip top shape because we had already moved into the new home and we had a three month old baby at the time. She spent so many hours helping to make the houses look perfect and ready to sell. She also has an extensive pre and post showing routine to make sure that the houses looked perfect at every showing. Also, she has the best personality, she's always on time, extremely professional, and a true joy to spend time with.

I cannot recommend Missy highly enough. Hire her and you will not be sorry!
