Have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Freitas for quite a couple of years now. I am an investor based in Boston, MA and just purchased my second investment home with Mitchell. The first had such a good return, I'm glad I listened to his advice and counsel! This guy may look young, but he knows exactly what he's doing. I have quite honestly never worked with a real estate agent as knowledgeable and organized as he is. If there's something he doesn't know, he's not afraid to admit it and research in depth for you. Extremely happy with your service and will continue to purchase future homes with you! Also, thanks for the Tiffany's closing gift :)

The essence of customer service means a person takes personal responsibility in understanding their customer’s needs, dreams and expectations. But what is more important is to have an agent that works for you tirelessly.

So, let me tell you about a young man who, at first glance you might think he is young or timid to understand your needs. But I can testify that Mitchel is more then qualified, a go getter, and has the talent you need to negotiate your dream home, or income property.

Became of our ties to Massachussets, Mitchel continued to work with us for one year. However, I want to clarify that it took one year because we could not sell our home in Massachusetts as expected. Nevertheless, during that year, Mitchel made it his personal business to help us understand Florida living. With a plethora of properties to look at, we suddenly sold our home and immediately Mitchel’s proactive professionalism went into overdrive, and within two weeks, not only did we find a home, but a home we never expected to have. He negotiated the price and managed to ensure this home was perfect in every level.

If you want an agent that is loyal, ethically reliable, and one who pays absolutely attention to details, then I recommend you don’t waste your time and money with a mediocre agents and give Mitchel your undivided attention.

Mitchel will help you make your dreams come true and will not stop until you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase. I can only imagine what he is like as a sales agent.

Thank you Mitchel for helping us get our home and the Tiffany personalized gift. You made my wife and I happy, a dream home. We will be calling you soon for my daughters and their homes too.

Same namesake, so I knew the service would be good, but Mitchell went ahead and exceeded those expectations! We had some troubles with the homebuilder, but my husband and I felt little to none of that stress as Mitchell stepped in and handled everything with deep expertise and professionalism. extremely impressed and we certainly found the Family realtor. Thank you Mitchell and we'll be working again soon!

Mitchel Freitas is an amazing professional! Our family house search initiated via phone/email as we were out of the state. Patiently, Mitchel learned our needs and walk us through each step. He is knowledgeable of the areas, communities and properties. He had an organized and detailed list of our choices when we were ready to flight over. While in negotiation, after placing an offer to house, we had some complications with the seller. Mitchel went above and beyond expected, negotiating the terms of the purchase. He promptly answered questions, often checking on us and being helpful with everything. We got the house we wanted! Mitchel Freitas is a friendly, understanding and trustworthy profissional that we were happy to have working with us through this dream purchase. I definitely recommend him!

There are so many things that come to mind when I think back to the process of Mitchell helping me find my first apartment, and each thought is positive!
