Mollie B. Benedict

Mollie B. Benedict has been a licensed REALTOR for 11 years and has an incredible range of experience that touches every corner of the real estate industry. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Mollie moved to Virginia to attend Randolph-Macon Women's College in the mid-1990s. After graduating with a BA in History in 1999, Mollie spent some time in Charlottesville before landing in Richmond permanently.

Mollie began her career in real estate as a development coordinator at Walker Row Properties and focused her work on historic Jackson Ward. Her work touched all phases of real estate development and historic preservation including financing, acquisitions, renovations, sales, and leasing. She eventually arrived in the world of commercial real estate with Divaris Real Estate, where she handled retail leasing and commercial sales representing tenants including Popeyes Chicken, ALLTEL, Hagen Daaz, and FedEx.

In the Fall of 2009, as her family grew, Mollie made the decision to make the move from commercial real estate to residential real estate. Originally a member of Berkshire Hathaway (formerly Prudential) Real Estate, Mollie specialized in relocation work and represented both buyers and sellers through the complicated process of real estate as part of a job change.

In 2015, Mollie joined Rashkind Saunders & Co. Real Estate where she continues to specialize in helping families transition between homes. Mollie has been recognized throughout the years for her success as a real estate salesperson. Most recently, she was recognized by the Richmond Association of REALTORS as a Distinguished Achiever in 2015 and 2016.

Mollie lives in the historic Fan District of Richmond with her two daughters, Bea and Mae, and is an active member of the Fan Woman’s Club and Fox Elementary PTA.
