Molly Collins

Molly Collins Baccich was born and raised in Monroe, NC and have been residing in Charlotte since graduating from Queens University. She graduated from Weddington High School, and prior to that, attended Monroe schools and Charlotte Christian School. Her interest in real estate began at a young age. Growing up, she had the opportunity to observe my father purchase and sell property. His passion and entrepreneurial spirit was a tremendous influence. She decided she wanted her full-time career to be in the real estate industry. A Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing with a concentration in Corporate Communications coincided with my decision to venture out and also acquire my Real Estate license prior to graduating from Queens. Her career began in commercial real estate. She worked as an intern for Trammell Crow Company who merged with CB Richard Ellis during my tenure with the company. As an intern, she assisted the brokerage team with their marketing. Her interest in helping individuals and families led me into residential real estate sales. She prides herself on giving every home buyer or seller the utmost level of customer service! Primarily she services Mecklenburg and Union counties, but she has sold in the following areas: Charlotte, Monroe, Matthews, Indian Trail, Waxhaw, Wingate, Concord, Belmont, and Gastonia.
