We’ve sold and bought a few homes with Molly, she knows how to get a house sold for top dollar and is great at steering you into the perfect house that you will be able to get top dollar when you’re ready to sell again. The best part of working with Molly is that she keeps in touch after a purchase/sale and is a great resource for finding people for those home improvement projects. Molly was amazing and she knows the market very well. She was patient and never pushy. Always responding in a timely manner, Molly listened to us and helped us find the perfect house that fit what we were looking for. She didn’t try to show us anything outside what we asked for and she didn’t try to sell us something just to sell it. In fact, when I first contacted Molly, I was a few months from being able to purchase. We shared listings and she got to know us well before we started actually looking. During that time, she didn’t push me to sign anything and didn’t push to go look at anything before we were ready. Other realtors were pushy and/or impatient.. acting like I was wasting their time.. whereas Molly was immediately friendly and made the whole process fun.
I’ll be using her for my next house down the road.

I met Molly when we decided to buy our first house in Colorado. Not only did she tailor our searches to what we wanted so we weren’t overwhelmed, she was also our ADVOCATE. There were the usual bumps along the way & she made sure they were minimal. Molly is by far the best Relator I have used over the years. She helped with a sale and a buy of a house. She made it so easy for us. She went above and beyond to help with the last minute estate sale leftover things we had after we left. She is still helping with whatever paper work I need for taxes. I absolutely adored and still adore Molly. My family and I couldn’t have moved from the East Coast to Castle Rock without her help. Not only did Molly take the time to show us every house that fit our criteria, but she took the same amount of time to show us the neighborhood, because at the end of the day, that is just as important as finding the perfect home.
