Mona was a spectacular agent for our house sale. She is highly organized, very knowledgeable of the market and remained extremely patient with us during our transaction.

Whenever we had a question or issue, Mona responded almost immediately and either had the answer or got the answer quickly. Selling a house, even in a seller’s market is stressful but she took so much pressure off of us, the process was very manageable. We could not have been more fortunate to have her on our side. She also has a great support team to get the house ready for sale.

Mona did an amazing job preparing our home and marketing it so that it sold in record time (for above the asking price). She has an eye for detail and makes sure her client is one step ahead of any foreseeable issues. She has wonderful contractors that she works with. They are very responsive to her requests. THEN she helped me negotiate and purchase a new home very quickly. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell and/or purchase a new home.

I highly recommend Mona! She spent her Labor Day weekend showing us around Virginia Beach homes when we flew in from out of town. She was responsive and detail focused at every step of the home buying process. Ours was particularly complex being 2000 miles away during all the negotiations, including contingencies where she was able to negotiate the extra time we needed to close the deal. We went from the idea of moving to being in an ideal home in 2 months. She has a long list of excellent contacts to assist in every aspect of the purchase, inspection, repairs and future maintenance. We would still be looking if we had not worked with Mona.

I actually feel honored to review Mona Ghobrial for the way she handled our recent selling of our house.

It was a long process. Certainly not because of a lack of effort on Ms. Ghobrial's part. I will readily admit that my husband and I were tough clients for her. She had a lot to deal with. But she was extremely professional and gave more than was ever expected to make sure everyone was taken care of.

I'm certain we would have never sold our house in the range we wanted without her on our side. She is unbelievably nice to deal with but has that certain ability to negotiate on your behalf that makes everyone feel like they're getting a great deal. Sometimes I think she should have been a lawyer -- but she shines in real estate with a seemingly natural ability.

She knows the market well. Advises incredibly well. You will want to listen to her if you want to sell and want top dollar! And she has all the resources to aid in your sell. I can honestly say, any money she received was well worth her work!

If you are thinking about selling and want the highest price for your property, I could not recommend her more! We've used her twice and have been incredibly happy doing so.

And you will certainly gain a trusted friend!
