We’ve been through the home buying and selling process many times in our life and honestly there was always some snafu, some issue that translated into a “relationship killer”. I know I sound like a pessimist but I’m not. We bought a house last year in 2021 which was the worst time to buy, but we had to. Monica was our agent. She found us a house that crossed off all the boxes for wants and needs and closed the deal before we even got home to write up the offer (which was an amazing feeling). She did a fantastic job in getting the deal done, doing the due diligence and representing us. She is aggressive (in a good way) and that’s what you need in buying house these days. By the way she is a real sweetheart too!
