I Specialize in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, consisting of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Palos Verdes, Hawthorne, Gardena, Lomita, Lawndale and beyond. I worked for the past approximately 40 years in such diverse aspects of the real estate industry as:
* Developing and Building Quality Homes in the South Bay
* Real Estate Property Loss Consulting
* Public Insurance Adjusting - specializing in buildings
* I also spent some time in Hollywood as a producer/production manager.
DESIGNATIONS & CREDENTIALS
* Associate Broker. Not all agents are brokers as well. This title requires more studying and an additional all day state exam, not to mention a greater amount of responsibility.
* CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Only 3% of agents and brokers in the country have this designation. This designation required my selling at least $25,000,000 worth of real estate within a 5-year period and taking several 1 and 2 day courses with exams.
* GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). To get this designation I took 12 full day courses and had to pass an exam at the end of each day. The courses added to my knowledge of the inner working of my profession.
* Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University.
* Member of the California Association of Realtors
* Member of the National Association of Realtors
A long time resident of Manhattan Beach, I enjoy the beach life with my wife, Robyn, also a realtor, and my kids, Benjamin and Perrie and dog Riley.
