Having an experienced Realtor makes ALL the difference in a transaction. After inspections we had a few items that needed repaired. Nadine's network of people was amazing and she handled everything. From a market analysis and marketing plan of highlighting our previous home, to scoping out top priorities and areas to buy a new home - they made the process of buying and selling seamless.They had a stager and photographer available to help with showings and preparing to get the house on the market.

Selling a home can be stressful, but with Nadine Kirk and her daughter Carly, it couldn’t have gone smoother. From the very beginning, Nadine came in with a clear plan, she walked through the house, pointed out what needed to be done to make it more desirable, and connected me with her trusted partners for painting, staging, and cleanup. Everything moved fast and efficiently.

What really stood out was how hands-off I could be. Nadine and Carly managed the entire process with minimal input from me, and I always felt completely confident in their expertise. Once the home was ready, they brought in a top-tier photographer and even included beautiful aerial shots that highlighted nearby landmarks to showcase the value of the location. The listing video they created was next-level!! The transitions, the music, the drone footage, and their humor and warmth made the home look absolutely incredible. As a first time homebuyers, we had lots of questions about everything. Nadine is SO knowledgeable from her vast experience in Castle Rock, there was never a question she did not have an answer for!

Our home search was challenging as we had a lot of things on our must have list, within a certain price range. Nadine was very patient over the months we were looking at homes, we never felt like there was pressure to buy one of the houses she showed us, she really wanted us to find the "right one"!

Nadine knows EVERYONE in town, contractors, real estate agents, great home inspectors, etc. She is also super fun to spend time with, which helped put us at ease during the stressful time of home searching and homebuying.

We would absolutely use Nadine again and would highly recommend her for anyone interested in buying, or selling their home. You cannot go wrong with "The Kirk Team"!

We interviewed several agents about selling our house and in the end selected Nadine Kirk from RE/MAX Alliance. We chose Nadine based on her years of experience in our community; the number of homes sold over the past 3 years; the details of Nadine's proposal; and her commitments to us. We told her up-front that two-way communication was one of our primary requirements to ensure that we all were on the same page during the process and to avoid unnecessary problems. Nadine assured us that communication was important to her as well. We began by establishing a selling price based on numerous data points that Nadine and her team prepared from recent activity in the market. She brought in a team member who was experienced in staging and who helped us de-clutter our belongings and put together an overall visual that would appeal to potential buyers. Once the house was ready to show, Nadine activated the listing and implemented her detailed marketing plan. The market in our community had been slow with many homes on the MLS for several months. When our listing hit we had an early flurry of activity and Nadine was aggressive in getting feedback from potential buyers on what they liked and disliked about our house. She used that information to work with us to tweak things that would enhance our home versus others. In the end, we sold our home for a price we were pleased with and in a time frame that was a little better than the time on market for our community. To sum up our experience, Nadine delivered!
