I can't say enough nice things about Nancy! she worked constantly to find me my first home. being a first time buyer and having no experience with real estate can be very intimidating and stressful. She took away all my stress and helped me throughout the process. Very informative and friendly, she made the whole experience so enjoyable and exciting. I would have been lost without her! She is incredibly thorough and a great communicator; seriously made my life so much easier. We didn't have to look to long to find the right place for me. We went over all my needs and what was possible and narrowed down the options to find the perfect place. I love my new home and I can't thank her enough for the amazing job she did. would 10/10 recommend her to anyone! she really does go above and beyond for you!

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about working with Nancy on our recent home sale. Nancy is very professional and enjoyable to work with. She did a lot of homework on not just finding the best price for us in a rapidly shifting market, but also did research on how best to market our fairly unique property so that the listing reached the right potential buyers.

Nancy worked with us while we were in the middle of huge renovations on the house and was very supportive. She kept us well informed throughout the process of pre-marketing, listing, negotiations, and the final sale. She kept tabs on how the situation on the buyers’ side might impact the timing of the sale and smoothed everything out as much as possible.

Selling a house is stressful under the best conditions, and our transaction would have been very difficult for us without all of Nancy’s help. There were also times of fun and laughter which helped to ease our stress a lot. We would recommend Nancy to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Buying our first home was so exciting yet so stressful!!! Nancy Hicks made the experience worth every minute of it. Not only did Nancy stay on top of everything for us, she was honest and truthful. There was a time I wanted to give up but between her and Joe (lender) they held it together for me and because of that I'm in my home. Nancy was aware I was in a time limit yet she did everything she said she would and I never once had to call to check the status. I would recommend and have recommended people to use Nancy Hicks for their realtor. When the time comes for me to buy another house, I know who I'm using to help me! Thank you Nancy!!!

Nancy was amazing! I was a first time buyer, on my own, and she was SO
supportive. Some Realtors can make you feel like they just want to get you to
closing, but not Nancy. She was a great negotiator and gave me lots of options. She
was very wise about knowing what the sellers would go for, and what the market
would allow. If you know what you're looking for and tell her what you need, she will
know exactly how to make it happen. Hopefully I never have to buy another home,
but I will refer everyone I know to Nancy.
