Nancy is amazing! She is not only a true professional but the kindest human being! She is honest, responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful and hard working. I wish everyone we worked with was just like Nancy!

She helped us purchase our first home nearly four years ago. Since then, she has stayed in touch with us and has even sent us gifts during the Holidays and when she found out we had a newborn son. When we found another house we loved, we did not hesitate to reach out to Nancy. With a simple text, we told her we found a house we were interested in. Within minutes she sent us the disclosures and told us exactly what we needed to do. We viewed the house and put in an offer within a week. Just like our first purchase with Nancy, she provided her expertise and our offer was accepted.

Some say buying a house is a stressful experience. With Nancy, she puts you at ease and will make the experience as seamless as possible. I think we may have found our forever home but if we every buy a third house, Nancy has our loyalty!

Nancy is an amazing realtor, and words cannot express how instrumental she was in helping my wife and I purchase our forever home. We started searching for a home back in 2013, and our lack of experience drove us towards realtors that were, to put it lightly, less than stellar. Three years later, and no offers accepted, my wife and I decided we need a change of direction. Enter Nancy Reynolds! Prior to our first meeting with her, I was skeptical and a bit cynical regarding the home buying experience due to the lack of transparency and unstructured approaches of previous agents. Meeting Nancy for the first time assuaged any of the fears I had almost immediately. She was completely transparent as to what her process was for finding homes for clients, but the most impressive thing to me was that she took a no-nonsense data driven approach to assessing our offers which, as an accountant, was like a breath of fresh air. Many of the agents we worked with pushed hard for houses my wife and I weren’t 100% sure would be a good fit, and you could tell that our long-term happiness didn’t matter as long as they got their commission - Nancy was the complete opposite. Nancy made sure that we could envision that whatever house we were interested in had the potential to be a forever home. This review is long overdue since we closed on our house over a year ago, but I didn’t want to understate just how important Nancy was in helping us find our home. If you’re in need of a realtor, look no further. Nancy’s the one.

Nancy is truly amazing and goes above and beyond every step of the way! We are so incredibly grateful to Nancy and all that she did to help us sell my father's home. She made sure to explain the entire process to him and address all of his questions and concerns. Nancy eased all of his fears, offered tons of support, and managed everything to get the house in order to sell. Even though the house was not in great shape, she arranged everything to make it look absolutely amazing. Not only that, but she also knows her stuff about the housing market. The house was only listed for a matter of a few days and sold beyond asking price. The whole process was incredibly smooth, and we owe it all to Nancy. She is an absolute gem. Thank you, Nancy!

Nancy was amazing! As a first-time home buyer, I let her know that I wanted to work with a realtor who would help guide me through the entire process, and Nancy went above and beyond. She took the time to sit down and go over what I could expect and all the paperwork I would receive. I can’t overstate how helpful that was as it would have been overwhelming to try to sort through the mountain of disclosure paperwork on my own. Throughout the search and offer phase Nancy was always extremely responsive as she was always just a text away for any questions, and never made me wait with any updates.
Purchasing a home, while exciting, can also be very stressful; but Nancy was always so on top of things that I knew all bases were covered. She made everything go smoothly, I really couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to be a part of this process with me.

Nancy is unbelievable, she's amazingly organized and get's things done! I literally gave her my keys, ideas and my budget and she took care of everything. The final product was better than I could of imagined in terms of making our property ready and perfect for sale. Our unit sold for more than 100K than asking, and since then, there has been no other unit remotely close in selling price. She works for a very reputable realtor and my suggestion is not to skimp on the commission fees, you will make it back in her negotiating and project management skills. I have worked with several agents and she is by far the best!
