Natalia have lived in Modesto for over 35 years, and she loves her hometown! My husband Pete and she have three children, ages 25, 23, and 21. All three have attended schools locally and all three love their hometown as well! I passionately believe in giving back to the community and participate in various events and charities that specifically focus on the betterment of our town and neighborhoods. She is the President of my local Women’s Council of Realtors Network, a member of my local associations Leadership Academy, and President of the Board of Directors for CASA of Stanislaus, a National nonprofit organization that provides advocacy for our counties most vulnerable foster youth. All these organizations focus on service above self and are truly an integral part of our community. She loves to read, exercise, and travel, and thoroughly believe in living life to the fullest! One of my greatest joys is helping others achieve home ownership! She has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 1999 and a licensed California Broker since 2020, and she thrive on helping her clients through the home buying and selling process.
