About Natalie

Natalie is a motivated, dedicated and discerning real estate broker-associate representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family homes, condominiums, TICs, and multi-unit buildings in San Francisco. A second-generation real estate agent, Natalie grew up steeped in San Francisco residential real estate, with deep knowledge of the City’s neighborhoods and nuances. Natalie takes data analysis and negotiation tactics and strategy to the next level with insightful market evaluation supported by a real estate law background and driven by a single-minded goal of providing a successful buying or selling experience for the client, whether for a first-time home purchaser or seasoned investor.

Natalie is an alumna of Convent of the Sacred Heart. She earned her BA from Yale University, followed by a law degree from Harvard University with a one-year focus on California real estate law at UC Berkeley. Natalie practiced law for two years at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP before making the switch to real estate sales. After more than eleven years partnering with Nina Hatvany as a member of Team Hatvany, San Francisco’s #1 team, Natalie has touched more deals than most agents do in a lifetime. Natalie brings an extreme work ethic, and negotiation and analytical skills, honed in a law practice, to real estate. She excels at disclosure review, working to mitigate risk for her buyers as they evaluate a property and her sellers as they prepare for a sale. Growing up around development sites and now an avid remodeler, Natalie can advise with experience on a property’s potential and strategize on improvements, whether to fulfill a buyer’s dream or to maximize a sale.

Natalie currently resides in Cow Hollow with her husband and three boys. She is a member of the Board of Larkin Street Youth Services, chairing its real estate committee.
