11/13/2011 - Rm3424 Showed home in 2011 in Ramona, Home Gardens, CA 92503. I am a first time home buyer and would highly recommend Natalie to anyone looking to buy a home. I'm on a tight budget, and looking for homes around 100-125k, she doesn't act like I'm wasting her time with a small sell, unlike most of the other realtors I have spoke with. She has been very helpful with any question's I have, and is always willing to take time showing me new properties I'm interested in. 05/04/2011 - DebBarc Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Hemet, CA. Natalie was very helpful with our search for a home in the Hemet area. We found her to be knowledgeable about the local market as well as willing to offer suggestions about the purchase process. She responded quickly to all of our questions and kept us informed when we had offers pending. We never felt pushed to make a deal and she continued to show us additional houses when our initial offers didn't work out. When our offer was accepted, Natalie was able to suggest local resources to help us with the house inspection and initial renovation work. I was always impressed by her integrity, caring for patients, and work ethic. For those reasons I chose her to be my real estate agent for both selling my house and buying a condo. My husband and I were first time home buyers and had no idea what to expect when it came to looking/buying a home. When we were referred to Natalie we had already been working with another agent for almost a year and had no luck. With Natalie's knowledge and experience we found a home and closed escrow within a couple of months. She made our home buying experience the best! 11/04/2011 - Tschaffn Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $775K in Orangecrest, Riverside, CA. My wife and I called Natalie as she was listed for a property we saw on-line. Although we did not make an offer on that property, Natalie became our realtor,and our eyes and ears on the market in Riverside and Corona,Ca. She was vigilant about e-mailing us lists of homes that met our general parameters and met us to show a few properties over the course of a few months. She found a house that she thought we would really like (she was right!) that had just been listed, and, after viewing it, we submitted an offer. There were multiple other offers but ours was chosen, thanks to Natalies guidance with submitting the offer. She was there for us thoughout the closing process and also followed up with us after the close of escrow, to make sure all our questions/concerns had been answered. I would highly reccomend Natalie to anyone either buying or selling a home. She is personable, highly responsive, and knowledgable on both the buyer and seller side of buying/ selling a home.
