Market: What is the market doing right now? The Spokane and surrounding areas are still like no other. I would technically call it a more balanced market (Buyer/Seller) with over 3 month’s inventory, and between 150-250 Solds per week. As a full-time Realtor I know the pulse of multiple different areas, and each separate property holds its own role in its specific market. Some properties will be in contract within 1 week and even competitively, while others might sit longer than three months. I have multiple strategies to guide you through this, whether you’re buying or selling, and I’d be honored to help you.

As a Retired Military Veteran of 25 years, I continue to serve my family, community, and people. My expertise with fellow Military PCSing, exceptional negotiating skills, and thriving in complex situations, gives me the patience and dedication to guide people throughout my Real Estate career. I helped build a few homes on the South Hill in the early 2000’s and know my way around a construction job site with hands-on experience in all areas. I was a Mortgage Loan Officer from 2006-2010 which gave me the clear understanding and knowledge of the financial requirements and the entire home purchase process. As a licensed Realtor since 2009, I have expanded my experience with First Time Homebuyers, Investors, Investment Properties, Land, Luxury Properties, Military PCS, New Construction, Relocation, Residential Resale and multiple aspects surrounding a Home Purchase and Sale as a Buyer’s Agent and a Seller’s Agent.

Fun Facts: I think every Realtor should move themselves every 10 years or so, just to truly know what our clients are going through. Last year I moved from Spokane to Greenacres. We did a “Contingent Contract” (Sold old home in order to Purchase new home) which was exhausting and overwhelming, but the family and I made it through it. Those that know me, know I love to help. And if it is outside of my knowledge or expertise, I have a list of local contractors and referral sources, no matter what the need calls for.
