Was great to deal with any question I had he answered as soon as he could even if he was on vacation. Took care of things we never thought of to make the process super easy. Definitely recommend to anyone for an easy house buying process.

We(me and my wife) came to Nathan after working with another realtor. The differences were like night and day! He was always professional, yet down to earth and easy to talk to. We were always either the first, or among the first buyers to get into a property for a showing which means a lot in this crazy, covid, low interest rate market…as first time home buyers, we were learning as we went along and it was a huge benefit that Nathan knew SO much about homes! As we walked thru the homes he would point out the different materials used for the flooring, countertops, cabinets, etc…he was like an expert in all things housing which really put us at ease to confidently make a smart purchase/investment. We were never rushed or pressured to make a offer on a home, and he always took account of our family to suggest different properties for us to check out, or to go and walk thru. Overall, he was awesome and we would DEFINITELY recommend using Nathan and Carol, to our family, friends and coworkers! The best experience we could’ve hope for…and guess what we’re headed to closing! Before I go, I have to add that he helped us beat out multiple offers while using an fha loan. That speaks volumes to his competence and understanding of the market…VERY satisfied!!!

Nathan was the perfect trailblazing guide for my husband and I finding our first house. He was a good communicator, negotiator, had our best interests at heart, and was honest and dependable while also straightforward. Nathan held our hand thru all the steps as well as the highly competitive 2020-2021 Columbus housing market, and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else next time I need a realtor. He found an excellent balance between supporting our goals while being realistic with us. I was very nervous about the process, and Nathan did a stupendous job of informing us, answering questions, breaking things down into more understandable concepts, being upfront about considerations and excitements for what was best for us, and consistently showing up for both emotional and logistical needs and concerns.

Working with Nathan was excellent. This was our first time buying and he was great at explaining the process and guiding my wife and I through the more real-world ins and outs involved. He was also able to supply some incredibly helpful and high quality referrals for the mortgage and renovation after closing. Would highly recommend his work!

Nathan was amazingly patient, helpful, and responsive. He answered all of our questions with patience and kindness, even the stupid questions. We looked at a ton of houses together, over the course of many months. He never once tried to rush us. I would absolutely call him if we ever need a realtor again.
