Nathan Smith is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. He was honest and forthright- no games. After hearing a lot of horrible stories from friends & family with several other brokers in the area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Nathan. We are so pleased to have him as our family member... we wish him best of luck in his career.

It was such a pleasure working with Nathan. He was very professional but easy to talk to. He was always available to take your calls and answer any questions. Our home sold very quickly. Nathan was on top of things and kept in constant communication to let us know how things were progressing and coming along.

I would highly recommend Nathan to assist in your house selling or buying. I wanted a realtor that was verse and aggressive in selling; one that would go above and that was just what I got.

As someone who has bought and sold properties, never have I experienced such dedication in a realtor as Nathan Smith. My sister was selling her father's house. The realtor she previously had was not working up to par. I was very concerned and voiced my opinion about the lack of communication and drive displayed. When Nathen was contacted, his professionalism was immediately detected. My sister shared with me Nathan's work ethics, which I believe is bar none. It is very rare to have someone who care so about his client. It was as though he was selling his own home. My gratitude goes out to Nathan for assisting my sister and her father in selling her house so swiftly.
