I had an amazing experience with having Nathan as my realtor. He sold my home and then helped me purchase my next home. He could not have helped me out more. No BS, hands down the best in the business!! From our very first meeting, I felt a genuine connection and comfort level with Nathan. He was to the point, thorough, honest and most of all fair. Any time of day, he was quick to respond to texts, making time to see numerous listings(even when they were short notice). This was our first home purchase and we were very fortunate to find an agent that was so passionate and driven.

Nathan is amazing! We used him to list our house as well as representing us on the purchase of our new build construction home. He got our existing home in to contract within 24 hours AND negotiated the closing date with the buyers to line up with the closing date of our new build Home!!! Nathan is one of the best real estate agents that I've worked with. His knowledge of the market and care for his client is outstanding. I have purchased my first home, then a second one with his help and I'm highly satisfied with his service.

He won't chase the money like other agents, he will make sure that you get exactly what you want and he will definitely tell you his honest opinion, giving you the space to explore a property on your own, then express his thoughts on what's wrong with the property, if the price seems to be like a good deal or if the property is overpriced.

I would highly recommend Nathan for anyone that wants to make the right purchase.
