Nathaniel Norberg is a San Jose native and he grew up in Naglee Park. He attended local public schools, graduated from Lincoln High School, then received his BA in Politics from UC Santa Cruz. After college, He spent time traveling and working abroad, working as as a nanny in Washington DC and two campaign seasons as a political organizer in Sunnyvale and Watsonville.
In 1997, he got his license and joined his stepmom, Georgie at Capital Properties. He began as the on-site sales associate at Carnegie Square in downtown San Jose and after closing out the last two phases of that new development, he transitioned to working full time with buyers and sellers. Early in his career he helped many teachers buy their first homes around San Jose and Georgie and he taught home buying seminars for the San Jose Teacher First Time Buyer program. He has gone on to earn his Brokers License and over the years, his range of clients has broadened to include buyers and sellers across six counties on properties ranging from downtown condominiums to historic homes to rural land.
Each home buyer and seller has unique goals and he prides himself on being a good listener, a frank communicator and a trustworthy adviser in the home buying/selling process. He enjoys his role because every transaction is an opportunity to help someone navigate an important moment in their life and the trust they place in me is a privilege.
He lives in the Rose Garden with his wife, two kids, two dogs and a hamster. Outside of real estate, he enjoys playing guitar, running, and both playing adult soccer and coaching youth soccer. He also loves nearly any activity that gets him outdoors, be it camping, snow skiing, sailing or a dog-walk around the neighborhood.
