Outstanding realtor! He chased down leads that were available yet. Impressive market knowledge. Neil knows intimately the fast paced market of Austin! We were so impressed with this detailed search and well informed knowledge of Austin’s quickly changing market. Other agents would just look at the published listing information. Not Neil, he chased down all possible potential rentals. He’s diligent as if we were his only client. He tracked down leads that weren’t even available yet! He called his vast array of influential contacts to find us our rental. He’s well connected in the Austin Realestate area. We will be using him for our purchase.
