Nicholas Gatlin

Nick started real estate in 2013 and lives in Bentonville with his wife and three children, and their dog Eddie. In 2017 Nick got his Broker's license and in 2019, Nick started the brokerage and vacation rental management startup, Trova Vacation Rentals. After building a strong investment portfolio and management business to 125 managed BNBs across Arkansas, he sold that business at a profit in 2023 and got back to general real estate.

Finding that he loved coaching the small team of agents at his brokerage, he jumped at the chance when offered to be the Keller Williams Success Coach for the greater NW Arkansas area! Now Nick focusses on running KW’s coaching program, his goals in real estate investment, and continuing to represent his valued clients across the area.

After 11 years in the business, whether first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, hard to sell homes, or multi-million dollar luxury properties, Nick has both experience and a time tested strategies to help clients and fellow agents succeed in their goals.
