About Nicholas

Nick Thomas got the jump into the real estate business by watching and following his family’s footsteps and doing administrative work at the main Handris office. Like his brother Josh Thomas, Nick serves as a 3rd generation realtor backed with the Handris family pedigree of over 49 years of real estate experience. Nick gained knowledge and the spark to get his license from his surrounding family of realtors, particularly from his older brother Josh. Growing up around the real estate, construction, and development fields gave Nick a passion to pursue the opportunity of helping individuals find their dream homes.

Outside of real estate, Nick enjoys living an active lifestyle and escaping the busy everyday norm. Nick loves the outdoors and hiking the gorgeous landscape the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Nick also has a passion for sports. Living in the SW Washington area and Portland Metro his whole life, Nick graduated from Ridgefield High School and was an All-State football player.
