Nick has been involved with real estate on the “Eastside” of Los Angeles for his entire professional career. Beginning with investing and managing both single-family residences and income properties. Growing up in Los Feliz, Silver Lake, and Echo Park, Nick was determined to be part of the rapid gentrification and revitalization of his neighborhood. With his roots in helping families and new investors secure their first assets, Nick found his passion in the extensive and systematic approach needed to secure and sell investment property in the hottest real estate market in the world.
Nick specializes in the “Northeast Corridor” or more specifically: Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Atwater, Glassell Park, Cypress Park, Highland Park, Eagle Rock and Glendale. With a particular interest in multifamily properties from two units to a hundred plus. He takes pride in his ability to source deals from long-time property owners and establish relationships with all his clients. He works tirelessly to provide value to his buyer and sellers by providing off-market deals and area knowledge gleaned from over a decade of experience.

When Nick is not facilitating deals, he is spending time with his family and children, golfing, traveling, or enjoying the special restaurants and venues the “Eastside” has to offer.

Nick is a native of Los Angeles and grew up in Los Feliz. He lives in LA with his wife Aerialla and their children. They are active supporters of the Citizen’s Commission on Human Rights and a regular supporter of National Public Radio. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Business and Communication.
