If you are looking for a trustworthy realtor, look no further. In January of 2021 we found ourselves on a hunt to purchase a rental house in Central Florida. Having zero connections in the area, I began reading reviews online when I came across Nick's profile. My husband and I decided to call Nick and a different realtor(YouTube realtor in the area). Nick responded within the hour, the next day he connected us with Telli to pre-qualify for a mortgage and the emails of beautiful homes, with our specifications, started rolling in. By the time the other realtor got back to us, we were so far in the process that I kinda forgot we had called them.
We flew down to Florida, met Nick, Telli gave us our official budget, toured 10+ houses and by the end of our third day Nick had found us many great houses but we narrowed it down to one. We decided to summit an offer that night and two hours later(after some quick negotiations) our offer was accepted!
Nick is professional, listens to preferences, is respectful, fun, and very genuine. Best of all, he is just as fast at responding to our random questions today, as he was when we were in the process of buying.

Nick quickly understood what we were looking for in a house and went above and beyond to help us find it. He showed us many neighborhoods in the area and gave us a tour of the surroundings.

Buying a home in the middle of the pandemic and from the other side of the world wasn’t easy, but Nick made it painless. Viewing homes on the internet don’t do them justice, so Nick went above and beyond and did virtual tours of several houses until we arrived in Florida. We asked a million questions, and he quickly answered every single one of them.

We loved working with Nick. He made the process easy and fun with his cheerful personality. Always with a smile!

When I decided to put my home up for sale I did a lot of research and wanted a reliable established company along with a salesperson that was honest and had integrity. I found that with JC Penny Realty and agent Nick Carroll. Nick came right to my home after my initial call, walked around, gave me advise, asked me questions and answered all of mine. As out-of-state/country buyers, Nick’s local expertise, connections and negotiating savvy were invaluable in us securing our dream vacation property in Kissimmee/Orlando. From sending listings, taking personalized video walk throughs, rearranging his schedule to accommodate when we were there, guiding us through the offer process (deposits, conditions, inspections, lawyers, etc), and finalizing getting the keys to our property, Nick was there to support and counsel throughout…including going above and beyond when he was on a family vacation!

Wonderful Experience!
Nick did a great job on selling our home. He was always on call for anything we needed and to answer any questions we had. He kept in touch with us almost daily letting us know what was happening and keeping us updated. Our house sold so fast and we got what we were asking. He is a great person and takes his time to be sure you understand your options and what is best for the seller and for the buyer. He made sure both sides were happy and got exactly what we were expecting.

We spent a year and a half looking for a home in Florida, all doing this remotely from New York. We had spoken with different Realitor’s and they were all just ok. Finally we met Nick and what a difference he made. The process was so enjoyable in this aggressive market. Nick positioned us against multiple offers and got ours selected on the first house we loved. He’s attentive, responsive and very knowledgeable. We hit a few issues on our end and he quickly smoothed everything over with the seller. The whole transaction was seamless. I work in Real Estate and Realitor’s daily and he is by far the best I have worked with in the last twenty years. I gladly refer him to anyone I know looking to move to Florida. We reviewed many buyer's agents on the main real estate sites and narrowed them down to a short list of 5 agents. We then sent emails to them and Nick's response was significantly better than all the others. We had sent a list of requirements and questions which he addressed directly. We also wanted to hire a buyer's agent and that was a important consideration as well.

Nick actively listened to us and only showed us properties that met our requirements. He was very responsive in staying on top of what was going on and, even if there wasn't any current activity, he still stayed in touch and let us know what he was doing to help find us our new home. He also was very helpful in recommending local services such as cleaners, pest control, landscapers, etc.

It was a real pleasure to work with Nick. He was very responsive without being intrusive or pushy. We are very pleased with the quality of his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.
