Born and raised in Southern California, Nick Collins has lived in Westwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, and West Hollywood, developing a deep understanding of the many dynamic cities and neighborhoods that make up Greater Los Angeles. His deep roots and connections within the community have proven invaluable assets throughout his career. A genuine demeanor and solid determination have contributed to Nick's ability to serve his clients throughout the entire transaction process, especially in high-pressure negotiations.
Before joining The Agency, Nick was with Rodeo Realty Beverly Hills where he consistently ranked among the top producing agents, breaking records for price per square foot for sales in Brentwood, Silverlake, and Atwater Village. Nick transitioned to a career in real estate from the entertainment industry where he worked at L.A.’s top talent agencies and eventually as a talent manager. Entertainment, a field much like real estate, involves determining value, building relationships, and providing quality service. By establishing key relationships through trust and respect, Nick has been successful at opening doors even against great odds.
Nick attended Chapman University in Orange County which he feels prepared him to approach projects creatively, effectively, and efficiently. His tenacious work ethic, enthusiasm and business acumen enable him to seek and discover endless opportunities for his clients.
