Nick Galluzzo Bio
Nick Galluzzo joined Loveland Commercial, now LC Real Estate Group, in 2010 from an internship through Colorado State University where he studied real estate, finance, and entrepreneurship. Upon graduation in 2011, he become a full time broker for the company. Nick has worn several hats in the course of his career including commercial & residential brokerage, development entitlement, project management, field supervision, and property management. He holds a brokerage license as well as general contractor licenses in several cities and has a wide breadth of experience in real estate.
Upon becoming a Partner in 2015, he was promoted to Director of Production of LC Home, Inc. which is the homebuilding arm of the company. LC Home built 75+ homes annually and Nick oversaw the home production process from conceptual plans to final warranty closeout. As a local homebuilder LC Home delivered hundreds of homes throughout the Northern Colorado region in a variety of communities ranging from modest entry level to golf course oriented. With his unique skillset, Nick is able to effectively link the sales and construction divisions of the company while delivering homes to a variety of homebuyers and product types throughout the region.
Currently Nick manages accounting and financial duties for the commercial property management arm of the company. This division manages over a dozen commercial assets throughout the front range of Colorado and Nick’s skillset helps this operation run more efficiently. Additionally with his construction background he oversees various residential investment and remodel projects for the properties the company holds.
Nick and his wife Nicole (collectively The Galluzzo Team) live in Fort Collins where they raise their daughter, Ainsley and son, Hayden. A native of Colorado, Nick’s favorite pastimes include skiing, camping, boating, golfing, and serve as a way to spend time with his family. Nick remains active with several organizations in the community.

•Board Member – Educo Leadership Adventures. 2013-2015. Board President 2015 and facilitated merger between the non-profit organization Educo Leadership Adventures and No Barriers USA.
•Board Member - Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR) 2015 – 2020. Board President 2019.
