It was a pleasure working with Nikolay. He is very professional and communicable. We had lot's of questions and he answered all of them with great accuracy and patience. Buying a house from a different state is no joke, but Nikolay went to all locations we asked him to and did a thorough video walk through. I recommend Nikolay as a realtor!

Nick was great. We told him our needs and wants and he went out of his way to find us a home that would fit both. If we had a question or needed to talk to him, he was always available. He was very patient and we never felt rushed. We felt, Nick was never trying to force us to buy anything. Nick would just give us all the important information so when the time came to put down an offer we felt ready and good about our offer. He made the whole process simple and stress free. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

I’m new to the area, it was nice getting some local insight of the different neighbourhoods. Nikolay is very knowledgable and great to work with. He helped us find a home that best suited us and in a great area. With his knowledge he will point things out that you may not think about in the moment, but with more thought they might bother you or cost you money in the future. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend Nikolay for future home buyers!
