Nico Ericksen-Deriso

Nico has a diverse background in real estate, with experience in the residential, commercial and investment spaces. However, he specializes in working with buyers (whether first-time homebuyers or folks on their seventh or eighth move), being a close partner and confidant for them through the ups and downs of the homebuying process. He strives to be a source of knowledge for his clients, providing guidance and insight as he paves over any potholes his clients may encounter on their journey. Having lived in 5 different states himself, Nico is well-acquainted with what it takes to settle into a new community.

Prior to real estate, Nico had an award-winning career as a publicist. In his free time, he runs, climbs, plays disc golf, visits new breweries and cuddles with his two cats and whichever foster he and his wife are currently taking care of.
