With seven years of certified property appraisal experience behind her, in 2009 Nicole decided to apply her insider knowledge of the industry to the more personal side of real estate: helping people buy and sell homes. Knowing what a home is worth and understanding the appraisal and lending process from both sides gives Nicole and her clients a unique advantage when navigating the sale or purchase of a property.
