Nicole Johnson

Nicole has had a passion for real estate since she was young and finally achieved her long-standing goal of becoming a licensed real estate professional. Her husband and she have done several creative financing solutions to help people achieve their dreams of home ownership. She has experience negotiating short sales and working with people who are facing foreclosure. Her husband and she started their own real estate investment company, Co Vision Property Investments, Inc in 2013 to help struggling homeowners and/or people who don't have the time, energy, or finances to fix their property up in order to get it ready to list on the market. It has been very rewarding to ease people's burdens as well as turning a distressed property back into something beautiful. (Click on the company name to see some pictures of our projects!)

After Nicole got her real estate license in 2014, she was fortunate enough to join the brokerage team at The TC Group, LLC. They are wonderful and she has greatly appreciated the flexibility that they have given her to be able to pursue her goals as a REALTOR and also as a mom to her wonderful children. Starting January 2018, she opened her own brokerage – Co Vision Real Estate Group, LLC.

Nicole enjoys working with people through the buying and selling process. Whether it's with first-time home buyers, sellers buying their dream home, or investors finding a great deal she truly loves what she does! Her desire is to make every transaction a win-win.

With four young children and a booming real estate business, Nicole doesn't have much free time, but she enjoys boxing, playing volleyball, snowboarding, 4-wheeling, and spending time in the mountains with her family.
