As a Westside native and daughter of renown local builder Robert Pagan, Nicole grew up inside and around LA homes and construction sites most of her life. From playhouses to treehouses to buying her first fixer-upper at 24, she developed an early affinity for real estate, renovation and creating that feeling of “coming home” in every space she touches. Nicole graduated from UCLA Law School in 2007 and practiced law at the prestigious firm of Latham & Watkins LLP. While she enjoyed the field, it was not until she joined her best friend Jennifer Williamson selling homes in their hometown of Westchester in 2010 that she found her true calling: houses. With her passion for potential and knack for remodeling, Nicole loves to help her clients visualize and achieve their dream homes in all different shapes, sizes and price ranges. She thrives at helping Sellers prepare their homes for the market, giving them that "look" to optimize interest and offers. Her legal and construction skills allow her to effortlessly guide Sellers and Buyers through the complexities of the purchase contract, disclosures, negotiations and home inspection process. And more recently, she and her father have launched Pagan Properties – an in-house design/build firm with over 50 years of joint expertise. Known for their obsession with detail, superior craftsmanship and natural eye for design, Pagan Properties build custom, high-quality homes that make them and their neighborhood proud. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys skiing, hiking, house projects and travel. She is passionate about her Silicon Beach/Westchester community and is always looking for ways to give back, empower women and support local businesses.
