Nicole Van Treese is determined not only to inform her clients of the real estate process but to make sure they understand it — no surprises. A real estate professional and broker associate since 2009, Nicole serves a range of clients, including seasoned sellers, first-time home sellers and buyers, investors, and military personnel. She has sold over seven hundred homes to date and earned numerous five-star reviews in the process.
Nicole deftly handles any transaction. She is a listing specialist with a record of high sales in all price ranges, and her luxury expertise is backed by the National Association of Realtors® Luxury Homes Certification (LHC). Also, a corporate relocation specialist, Nicole is passionate about helping people find their place in Central Florida. Since her father and brother both served in the Navy, Nicole is deeply committed to our nation’s veterans and active-duty military personnel. She is one of a few local agents certified as a Florida Military Specialist (FMS). Her knowledge of Veterans Affairs (VA) loans only adds to the guidance she can offer her military clients. Sundial is, therefore, proud of its Military Rebate Program as well.
A native Floridian, Nicole began her career in retail management. Proving her loyalty by remaining with the same company for over 16 years, Nicole eventually supervised seven managers and approximately eighty employees during peak season. Through her role and the company’s phenomenal coaching and development program, she learned more than she ever did from traditional education, and it serves her well in her current career. So does her integrity, positive outlook, and take-charge attitude. With education at the helm of her real estate business, Nicole places high importance on nonnegotiable seller and buyer consultations. Nicole also personally coaches and leads buyer agents, along with providing top-notch training programs for the team.
Alongside her life partner, a Sundial buyer’s agent, Nicole is a proud mom to a son and stepson — and a toy Australian shepherd. Personally, Nicole is moved by the fact that most secondary and higher education schools do not teach even the fundamental aspects of real estate. Ever an advocate, she is currently training to lead Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University classes to guide even more people to achieve the American dream of homeownership. To that end, Nicole is delighted to assist clients in Spanish in addition to her native English.
