Noelle is a Colorado “native” for 40 years, and an Air Force kid in her youth. She has lived all along the Front Range. Growing up in Colorado Springs, she then graduated from college in Boulder, and moved to the Denver/Metro area in 1997. She graduated from CU with a degree in Theater Directing, and then spent many years teaching theater to kids. She also studied Interior Design for some time, and has owned several websites and made projects as a published craft artist. All these varied experiences have only benefitted her communication skills, and respect for all people, as a licensed Realtor®.
She has been a real estate agent for 10 years, and has received her Employing Broker license. She loves working with all types of clients, both in the Denver/Metro and Colorado Springs regions. She is experienced in selling raw land, detached and attached properties in every price point, as well as new construction and luxury properties. She is passionate about detailed communication, creative thinking, living a learning based life, and being a soft place to land for her clients and peers.
She is married since 1996 to her high school sweetheart, Steve. They have three young adult and teen sons, and have lived in the Roxborough community since 2006. In her free time she enjoys walking their two small dogs, spending time with friends, and a variety of home improvement, and craft projects.
